Clown Connection LLP clowns are all about FUN, and we are all about SAFETY too.

Balloon Animals and Balloon Sculptures

For safety reasons, we do not make balloon sculptures for children under 3 years of age. However, we will make balloon sculptures for the parents/guardians of such children at their request. All children with balloons need to be watched to make sure they do not chew on the balloon or pop it with their mouth. Balloons are NOT teething toys! Injury or death can result. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER!

Face painting

The face paints used by Clown Connection, LLP are water based hypo-allergenic professional paints designed especially for use on faces. Some colors can leave a faint residue, especially if the skin is dry. Generally, paint washes off easily with soap and water. However, they are not recommended for children under 3 years old.

Fearfulness

Sometimes small children are frightened by clowns. Please do not force a child who is frightened to approach a clown. Our clowns will always allow a child to approach when they are ready. We do offer the option of coming in plain clothes - not clown costume - for face painting, games, and balloon animals

If a clown is at a company picnic, adults should never go beyond gentle encouragement in asking the child to get their face painted or interact with the clown. In time, as they watch others having a good time, and have freedom to prepare, they may overcome their apprehension.
